In our rushed world where multitasking is pushed, time is a valuable commodity. Sometimes it may be challenging to carve out an hour for a massage. This 30 minute massage is a great option. Our 30 massage is a quick full body massage but can be treatment specific. You will get relief from your stress and pain or perhaps time for the therapist to do more focused work then you can get back to the commitments of your life again refreshed. A 30 minute massage can be what you need either regularly or on an as-needed basis. It offers convenience, time and cost saving, and helping the pain you have in one or two areas while allowing you to relax.
A full body massage that works on the arms, hands, legs, feet, back and neck (abdomen by request). A 60 minute session allows enough time for full body work. A typical session would involve about 20 minutes on the back and neck area,7- 8 minutes to each arm , hand , legs and feet and about 10 minutes to the upper neck, scalp ending with a hot towel wrap to your face.. This is an approximate time frame and varies from appointment to appointment depending on where you may have complaints that need focus work.
This 90 minute massage combines both full body as well as treatment specific. A 90 minute session is very much like the 60 minute session, however, it allows a little extra time for each targeted area. This is great for you when you feel like that last 60 minute massage “was just not long enough”… Many people enjoy this as it allows enough time to slow down, relax, and benefit from the therapeutic effects of massage therapy.
